From Claude.ai
  1. Open claude.ai/settings/data-privacy-controls
  2. Click Export data
  3. Wait for Anthropic's email (minutes to ~24 hours)
  4. Unzip — use conversations.json
From ChatGPT
  1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Data controls
  2. Click Export data
  3. Wait for OpenAI's email (minutes to a few hours)
  4. Unzip — use conversations.json
While you wait for the email, talk to chanio — today's conversation becomes the first capture in your graph either way. Already have the export but no API key? See what's inside it — parsed in your browser, nothing uploaded.

Claude.ai → Settings → Privacy → Export Data → conversations.json. ChatGPT exports also work. Up to 30 conversations per batch.
